Along with the company partner Cleanstar National Inc; Strategic Solutions services the Atlanta Metro area and surrounding counties. In addition, is currently finalizing its MBE and WBE certifications and recently became a member of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

These key partnerships and certifications highlight the company's Hispanic foundations and give Strategic Solutions a unique competitive platform to rapidly service the Atlanta Metro Health System, construction sites, schools and beyond.

MARIA VALDES

CEO/President

Maria is originally from Mexico; she graduated as a CPA and completed her MBA at Instituto Technologico de Monterrey. In 2000, Maria and her family moved to Detroit in pursuit of a job opportunity for her husband in the automotive industry. At this time, Maria realized the extent and diversity of the Hispanic community in the US. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she worked as a CPA with an accounting firm in Atlanta for a few years. In 2016, Maria joined the Cleanstar National, Inc. team as Operations Manager. As she does in every new challenge, Maria worked passionately and efficiently and was named Director of Operations in 2018.

In 2019, Strategic Solutions Cleaning Services became partners with Cleanstar National Inc, which helps provide a better platform for services, infrastructure, and financial resources. This partnership provides Strategic Solutions Cleaning Services with a unique competitive platform to expand rapidly in Metro Atlanta and beyond. For Maria, the creation of Strategic Solutions Cleaning Services, LLC has been one of her most satisfactory projects.

In a short amount of time, the company began providing services to the Metro Atlanta Health System. These successes could not have been possible without a dedicated team of professionals. Building strong team relationships, continuously improving the quality of employee training processes, and constantly offering growth opportunities is at the heart of the company’s success.

Maria is devoted and committed to serving and helping her community become stable providers for their families and by mentoring and developing entrepreneurs who are passionate about their work.

I have nothing but praise for this organization and it’s team members. All their employees are professional and take their jobs very seriously. Prior to Strategic Solutions coming on board we faced multiple issues with maintaining our cleanroom environment. It was a constant struggle that required much time to manage and maintain compliance. Since Maria and her team have taken over, we have not had any further compliance issues and they have made our job 100 times easier. We no longer have to worry about the job getting completed or that it is being done correctly. They come in on short notice without compliant to handle our emergent needs and have even worked closely with our staff to improve our processes with meeting USP cleaning standards. Dina and her team are patient care centered and are always willing to stay or work around our needs to ensure the sterile compounding areas are taken care of without compromise to patient care. Maria and her team maintain their USP compliance competencies for us so that we have one less thing to manage from a quality stand point. Cleanstar is the gold standard in sterile healthcare cleaning services. We will not trust anyone else to manage these sensitive areas for our organization and am grateful we were able to bring them on board.
